there is any wrong or missed delivery of the products by “botheye” due to an
error in the information provided by you, then “botheye” will not be
responsible for any loss of products.

spectacle lenses will be processed as per the uploaded prescription in the
order placed by the customer.

Delivery

We provide PAN India
delivery of products. We provide free shipping within india for all prepaid
orders. We do not accept cash on delivery orders due to the customized lenses
that are exclusively made for you.

order, we will deliver the products within 48 hours of receiving your order by
using a reliable shipping partner.
