CANCELLATION POLICY:

We make the customized lenses only for you, which can’t be sold to another customer.

If you need to cancel the order for some reason, please send a WhatsApp message or call +91 946 744 9609 within 6 hours of placing your order.

When an order is canceled, the refund issued to the customer generally reflects the original purchase price, less any applicable payment gateway fees that were incurred at the time of the order. Consequently, the customer will not receive the total amount originally paid, as processing fees from the payment gateway will be deducted.

Payment gateway fees:

Most online payment platforms charge a small percentage of the transaction amount as a processing fee, which is usually deducted from the refund when an order is cancelled. 

Any requests for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after 6 hours of placing the order cannot be entertained or guaranteed.

“botheye” has the option to cancel any order where we are unable to accept an order due to some reason. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.

There is no warranty or guarantee on any eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, or other accessories. 

We ensure that all products are defect-free and properly delivered to the customer by checking their quality before delivery.

We also reserve the right to ask for additional information before accepting orders in certain cases.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to our newly launched online business, we are selling our eyewear products at no profit, no loss. Therefore, we do not provide any guarantee or warranty on any damage or breakage to frames, lenses, or sunglasses. We do not have a refund policy.

Even so, we shall process the refund once we receive the cancellation request within 6 hours of placing your order.

Please note that after 6 hours of placing the order on botheye.com, customers are not entitled to a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to the same source of payment within 15 working days of order cancellation.
